I saw a beetle earlier and panicked that it was a flea I know, I know

Anyway, I sprayed some Indorex in the bedroom (I did open window), but I breathed quite a bit in by mistake

Can anyone tell me I'm just being pathetic and given myself a mild reaction that everyone would have?

It feels like it's more of an effort to breathe? I don't need to do anything so I?
