Can anyone identify this Cubs/Beavers badge pls?!

It looks like a specialist local scouts kind of badge, rather than a national one.
So Google image search suggests its something to do with 1st North Pole Scouts and a Christmas visit from santa.

Haha, I had the same result @howaboutchocolate! I'm a bit baffled as we don't live anywhere near the North Pole or Rugby 😳 thank you anyway though!

Perhaps it's just a scouts Christmas badge that they gave out one year? It's not one of the ones you have to do anything to earn, but a commemorative badge of some sort.

Its the Christmas badge from a couple of years ago. (2020 I think but could be wrong).
