I sold a set of 2 babygrows, new with tags. I sent the lady 3 babygrows as I had another one to hand, good as new, same style
She has left feedback to say 'Not what I asked for - I didn't buy 3!'
I messaged her about this. I thought maybe she thought she'd ordered something else?
She says 'if I order 2, I expect 2'
Woman number 2 - Feedback left says 'described as new with tags, tag missing! Buyers beware'
I messaged her about this, asking what she meant? It was new with tags. It was even sent with its hanger.
She said 'yeah but the tag has the price bit missing. It has that in your picture. It was a gift and I wanted the price but'
Am I really in the wrong? What do I do? 
this is the second and third time now with these buyers (all different women).
The other time, about a month ago, I sold a coat. The woman said it was damaged. She then sent me a picture of it covered in purple paint!!! I was gobsmacked
Luckily, for whatever reason as how could I prove it other than my immaculately picture?, Vinted sided with me and she didn't get her refund
