Hi, heating fiasco ongoing- Hive have been useless. Maybe someone has some experience of this issue and can advise??
Hive hub and thermostats both working. Receiver by the boiler (kitchen) and receiver by the hot water tank (2 floors up) both offline. Only the upstairs one has a visible isolation switch but doesn’t appear to respond to it. Boiler appears to have no power / won’t turn on - don’t know whether that’s because it’s controlled solely by the downstairs receiver? No fuses have tripped anywhere in the house.
Any thoughts?!
