Have Asda little angel nappies gone?

MRSO5 · 10/10/2022 19:33

These are my go to nappies but they haven't been an option on home delivery recently. I use Size 3 and size 6! Was going to go into the shop tomorrow to see if they are there, but don't want a wasted journey either. Any one seen them on the shelves recently? Or know why they aren't online. Thanks x

We still use the 6+ at night time for DD and we bought some last week from our local store and they still had them.

Not just me then! I tried to order the size 4 pull ups last weekend and there were none!

TescoCustomerService · 12/10/2022 08:52

I bought some last week, size 6+ and 5, they had every other size available on the shelves, perhaps your local store is out of stock. Sainsbury's little ones nappies are very similar and great quality I've found if you do need to find an alternative.

I can't find them either I am so frustrated

cultkid · 12/10/2022 08:53

I'm looking for size 3 too
I ended up going to Aldi and getting the ones in the yelllow pack their premium ones they are of a similar quality imo

Decafflatteplease · 12/10/2022 09:25

If you can't find any then as pp said the Sainsbury's own brand ones are very good too

MRSO5 · 12/10/2022 20:26

Thanks for the replies. I haven't been to my local Asda to check yet but there are some sizes showing online today at least. Picked up nappies in Aldi, I like their premium size 3 but don't like there size 6! Will check out sainsburys if Asda don't comes back.

I can never get them online.

We buy ours in store but the shelves are regularly empty.

Brown888 · 15/10/2022 08:02

Found some in-store but they're different. Asda must have changed them. Hate when they make changed without giving a warning to the potential for increased leaks

Pinkflipflop85 · 15/10/2022 10:48

Ordered some in my delivery this week.

No surprise - they didn't deliver any due to stock issues!

cultkid · 15/10/2022 17:12

I got them this Friday! Try now and see if you can get them, they were missing for weeks!

Mama4050 · 19/10/2022 18:38

Yes I got some today and they have changed them. They’re horrible now. They seem to be smaller and no stretch at the back.
such a shame as they were the best for me. But I won’t be re purchasing.
i wish I hadn’t bought the jumbo pack.

MRSO5 · 19/10/2022 21:57

Oh no @Mama4050
I have actually bought both size 3 and 6+ today but haven't opened them yet! I will tomorrow and report back. I loved the stretchy thing at the back, not many nappies have them!

Been struggling since end of august to get size 4+’for my twins. Have switched over to using either Lidl ones or Tesco’s (though Lidl’s are cheaper and easier to get hold of a large pack!)

mummyh2016 · 19/10/2022 22:45

They didn't come on my online shop either this week which I thought was strange!

EmilyGilmoresSass · 19/10/2022 22:47

I saw someone mention on Facebook they've changed them and that's why there are currently stock issues. Allegedly elasticated back has been taken off and they leak like crazy, they also haven't mentioned any change on the packaging apparently.

MRSO5 · 20/10/2022 14:50

Just opened a pack and they are indeed different. No stretch on the back waistband, and they look lighter and less absorbent. Very disappointing. Think I'll stick to Tesco and Aldi from now on.
