I'm with Shell and my energy bill is always available online on the 3rd of the month. I had a smart meter fitted about 3 weeks ago and my September invoice still isn't online. Is this delay after a smart meter being fitted usual and will it correct itself by next month? I've tried their online chat but unless I haven't had a bill for more than 3 months, I can't 'speak' to a real person. They helpfully advise to keep some extra money in case of a high future bill!
