So confused with the whole thing.
I always get my gas & electricity bill on the same day each month. On Tuesday I got an email to say my September gas bill was ready to view in the app but no mention of the electric one.
Went on the app to view my account and it says electric is in credit £66. I thought (& the email from them a few weeks ago said) that I would pay my bill as normal then receive the £66 a few days later into my bank.
Totally baffled by the set up, my electric is usually more than £66 anyway so it can't be that the energy rebate cancels it out either.
