Had dc a year ago. Ex turned out to be not so nice. Despite earning a lot he pays 300 a month. He has no other kids no new relationship, he’s late 40s and by all accounts just buried himself in work. I moved closer to family but feel trapped here now. High mortgage and only lived here a year, could I sell? Seems a waste of stamp duty. I feel I have no identity anymore.
Can’t imagine meeting anyone round here and while my mum would babysit, I honestly feel I won’t ever feel comfortable or happy with a new person again. Who is going to take on life with me with a baby? I’m exhausted and sad. I’m over my ex but truly did believe he was ‘the one’ and I’m just so low.
