Is a very faint covid +ve test, definitely positive?

I'm poorly. I did a test but there was so little water in the tube, it never travelled all the way on the test, so the crucial bit stayed dry. I did a 2nd test and you can see a line but it's very faint. Do you think I have it or not?

Probably.

But why does it matter what is making you ill? Treat the symptoms, does it matter what the name of the virus is?
