Although it's not unusual for me it's worse cos we're away for the weekend. Nothing wrong with where we are, but it's unfamiliar. Plus the usual 2000tog duvet. Why do these places think it's luxurious to have a duvet 6 foot thick? I'm either too hot or too cold without it.

Woke to feed baby at 3 and now browsing phone with her asleep on my chest. Too comfortable to get up and put her back in the crib

I've woken up and am starving so am sat downstairs eating crunchy nut cornflakes. I have also just been out to take some pictures of the moon as it's stunning.

Ive been listening to a programme on the World Service about how the war in Ukraine is causing famine in the countries such as Lebanon which relied on Ukrainian exports of wheat.

I'm tempted to just get up and walk the dogs, this is the worst time of day to be awake 😔
