Its not enough for more than a couple

Make a small quantity of pastry that would make two pasties then. Can't see what the issue is!

Can you describe how you make them? I've always wanted to but never been brave enough.

Stew, soup, goulash?

Personally I'd just freeze it and then incorporate into the next batch I made.

Make bubble and squeek have with a fried egg or beans.

Loaded potato skins with cheese on top

Rissoles.

Cook, mash together, form into patties, coat in breadcrumbs, shallow fry.

I'd just heat it, pour over a load of gravy and get stuck in.

Just have it with Yorkshire puds and extra gravy!
