Tui website completely down - bust?

The tui website has been down for a long time now. I’m getting a little nervous since we have a holiday booked with them. Anyone else?

If they were bust, you would know a lot quicker from the media than you would from their website.

If they'd gone bust there'd be a message replacing the website, much like when Thomas Cook went. Happy to stand corrected of course!

Is the app still working

Yes there would be a replacement message from the CAA or similar

just flew TUI airline this morning no issues

Oh my I have a holiday booked with them aswell now i'm worried I didn't know this

My friend was due to holiday with them this weekend and it was cancelled with less than 48 hours notice

Just checked the app- it's working but when you search for holidays it has a message to the effect that there are technical difficulties and we'll be back soon. I would assume technical issues rather than going bust but you never know I guess.

In my experience their website frequently malfunctions. They were a nightmare with booking plane seats - I booked through their website but at the last stage got a message saying payment declined. Showed on my banking app as pending. Phoned them and was assured it hadn't gone through and the payment would never leave my account. Paid them again by phone.
Surprise surprise - they took both lots, insisted they hadn't and refused to refund. Eventually got it back through bank.
My travel agent said their website is always not working right.

We are currently in Mexico for three weeks with TUI
