For those of you that have a cleaner, where did you find them? For example agency, search engine (like ratedpeople), word of mouth? We’ve been without a cleaner for about six weeks as our previous one quit abruptly. We’re signed up to an agency but they haven’t been able to find anyone yet. I don’t especially rate/like the agency: the main reason we used them in the past was for peace of mind since they had key guarantees etc. My main concern with hiring someone privately is around key security and insurance; ideally we’d like to have them come in when we’re out at work, so them having a key is essential. Any experiences welcome!
