Honestly I am at the end of my tether. I have been using my Zilch card and have collected £24 in rewards.
My issue I cannot seem to use the £24 rewards to purchase an item off Amazon for £55.
I have clicked on the Amazon link through Zilch, it just states nothing about redeeming awards, just pay in 1 or in four payments.
I have been on chat and they can’t help me either and have raised a ticket.
yes chat does say what to do, but I do not have the same options either on my iPad or Android.
i am usually good at these things
So can anyone help please.
