what's that scam where they send you random ebay stuff?

Have just had a parcel from Ebay containing four little plastic hinges which I definitely didn't order. I do remember vaguely having heard something about this happening before to other people but can't really remember what I'm supposed to do about it. Just in my Ebay account now and can see the last things I've bought - I really don't use it that often and have bought 2 things this year. These items are not on my "purchased" page.

What paperwork came with it - how do you know it was from ebay?

No paperwork. Customer ref printed on label is eBay gp thrn some numbers. It’s from a company called B-fashion in Peterborough

You'll probably get some random come knocking on your door saying there was a mistake on the delivery address, and have you got their parcel.

Then it happens again, only this time, it is a brand new iPhone or whatever. They come knocking again, and like a fool, you hand it over.

Yes there is a scam like this linked to fake reviews. Loads of people received little parcels with seeds in. I forget the detail though
