Wtf is this in my bathroom? (Insect)

I saw this last night, it kinda sways a bit and I thought it was a bug then decided it was just a bit of fluff caught in the window frame. But it's moved today! And appears to be a tiny insect (beetle?) Holding onto a "case" type thing with a fluffy/dusty bit at the end?

Reminds me a bit of what caddis fly larvae do but they're found in water. Any ideas? Thanks

It's probably exactly what you've said, something similar to a caddis fly larva. Likely completely harmless; I'd put it outside - do you have a garden?

It's not eww, it's a little creature that just needs a new home. We really need to reframe how we see insects - they're incredibly important and we'd be screwed without them even if we don't like the look of them.
