Double glazing vs triple glazing

Is it worth it? I’m a very very light sleeper and although we live on a quiet street I hear the odd car passing during the night and it wakes me up

but not sure how much of a difference it’ll make vs the outlay of installing it

I had a triple glazed conservatory, really large gap between all three layers. The roof was triple glazed too. We could hear aircraft in the rest of the double glazed house when they were overhead. Couldn’t hear anything in the conservatory.

I read that acoustic double glazing is better than triple glazing and that’s what we went for. The glass is different thicknesses which is meant to bounce the different sound frequencies away or something.
