ADHD report/support for A levels and beyond

What should I expect in a report for diagnosis of combined type ADHD and executive functioning difficulties?

Hoping the report will cover any needs in 6th form and onwards whether university or work (most likely work) and also act as support if they make any impulsive choices that end up in involving police for example. Is there anything else I should be thinking of?

Already has extra time in exams but suggestions are now to have breaks or room without distractions. Are there any suggestions for support with projects that form part of 6th form course work?

I think it depends on who is doing the report.

My child is primary. His diagnosis was by a clinical psychiatrist and just listed his diagnoses.

He then also had an educational psychologist report which was about the support he needed in school. There were also reports from OT and SALT.

Perhaps try to speak to the clinician.

Sorry wasn’t clear but if you can engage with the clinician you can discuss the type of support you think he needs and they are usually open to discussing.

although re reading are you more asking for support that others DC have written in for A levels so you know what to suggest?

@Ridingladybugs thanks for your response. Yes clinician is receptive to putting in report recommendations we suggest. Most of the suggestions seem more suited to school not 6th form college and certainly not beyond that. I have no idea what to ask for in this scenario as it is new to me hence asking for help
