Shopping on Australian website

I'm desperately trying to replace a jumper from Zara that my relative with special needs has lost (causing them distress).

It's only available on the Australian website. Does anyone know of any way that I could order it from there please?

Why not try Zara head office? They might be able to help you. Try Twitter as well as email.

Alternatively - do you know anyone who lives in Oz? Get it delivered to them and they can post it to you (although beware that the postage will be horrendous)

Do they have international deliveries, what jumper is it.

I would contact the australian site customer services, its also available from New Zealand. They may offer a delivery service or pack it up for you and arrange UK post.

Not getting anywhere with this unfortunately.

Its night time in Australia and NZ now, can you call their customer care department later and see if they can help or email them. Does it have to be that exact one, would a very similar UK one be ok.

I'm in Australia and happy to help if I can. If postage is horrendous, I'm seeing my BF in two weeks and he lives in Europe, So I could give it to him to post to the uk.

Oh and while I'm seeing him in two weeks , we'll be on vacation for two weeks before he's back in Europe. So it would be at least a month wait before he can post
