Hello, has anyone ever heard of these type of jobs? I'd like to work from home a couple of days a week, and these come up a lot when I search.

Thank you x

Sorry, popped this in Chat as it always seems to get more views xx

What sort of jobs do you mean? Like market research? Surveys? Honestly, I can’t imagine you’d make loads. You’d probably be better off doing an admin wfh job or something you have skills in, like transcription or similar. Or a job locally that you can fit around childcare. Fwiw, I work in research and wfh, but I’m a health scientist, so not something you can just walk into.

"Paid research" aka cold calling people who quite reasonably slam the phone down on you.

There are plenty of better hybrid office jobs around.

Go to the Money Matters section of these forums and look at the 'Earn £10 a day thread'. There's lots of suggestions for online work such as content moderation, surveys etc. Some people do quite well out of it and get quite lucrative longer term contracts from those companies.
