Has anyone’s teen had a McDonald’s interview recently?

DS (16) has an interview coming up at McDonalds for a part time position. Just wondering if any of you have any insight of the interview process and what he should expect? Thank you!

Yes. My 16 year old started last month. They were in and out in ten minutes and it was an informal chat. He was asked to tell them about himself, why he wanted to work there, the skills he though he had and then availability. I think they wanted to check that he looked presentable, could chat with a degree of confidence and demonstrate some commitment. He is really enjoying it.
