Eye bag/dark circle treatment for 15 year old

My son has always had dark rings around his eyes and these are now accompanied by bags. People have asked him recently if hes getting enough sleep/is he upset which has led to him being very self conscious. Does anyone have any effective treatments they can recommend for his age? Really desperate as it's getting him down.

The obvious question is does he get enough sleep and healthy diet? Does he use his phone over night?

Don't know about treatments, but is he drinking enough water? Can be a sign of poor hydration.

More water, more sleep, confiscate phone at bedtime.

Sometimes we need a reminder that they can't manage to switch off their brains when they should be sleeping.

Yes, he is healthy. Drinks enough/isnt in front of a screen 24/7/gets enough sleep. Any deficiencies have been ruled out.

I had a friend in school who always had dark circles under his eyes. I always assumed it was just a part of his genetic make-up.

I swear by Arnica cream for my dark circles. It helps, but I do also think it can be genetic, and I have inherited the gene.
