Do I owe my DD the opportunity?

Hi

Somethings bugging me and I would just like to know others thoughts.

Our DD is coming towards the end of KS2. She is in a good SW independent, and it looks like an easy path through at 11+ for her. The school is about 120-125 range in Cat4 at 11+.

She is comfortable where she is and enjoys the place and will retain a lot of friends if she takes the expected route. On the flipside she is confident and when I have dropped moving schools into the conversation in the past she is by no means dead set against the idea.

Now I won't disclose what her Cat4 scores are but I want to pose a question. At what Cat4 level do I owe it to my daughter to potentially try for a more prestiguous school?

So if she was say 120-125 then she'd be a good fit for her current expected senior school, so there'd be no problem. Even maybe slightly above this there'd be no point in moving for a marginal gain.

On the contrary if , she scored 141 across the board (and i know its probably impossible) then I think I'd definitely owe it to her to explore other options.

At what cat4 and PTE/ PTM score do people think I need to keep the door ajar on exploring other options? 127? 129? 131? 133? 135? or other.
