Will goulash with sour cream added stay fresh til lunch in a flask?

Should be absolutely fine yes but will probably taste nicer if you give him a little tub of sour cream to stir in himself. And sour cream in a little pot taken oit of the fridge that morning to be stirred into hot food will be fine also…
