When do Sainsbury's open their delivery slots for the next week?

I need to book a delivery for week commencing 17th Oct before I go on holiday and I've been checking, but that weeks still isn't available. Does anyone shop online with Sainsbury's regularly and know which day the next weeks' slots usually open?

Isn't it a rolling two weeks these days? So the 17th will be live tomorrow morning?

That would be great. I don't usually shop online so I'm a bit of a luddite!
