Suitability of Don't Worry Darling (Harry Styles)

DD (nearly 15) is absolutely desperate to see this film. I suspect if it was literally Harry Styles doing cartwheels she'd want to see it. A quick check of the content mentions an oral sex scene. Has anyone seen the film? If so, how graphic is it?

DD (HF ASD) is aware of sex (how to have a baby etc) but not so much the other aspects involved! XH (her Dad) refuses to take her but he's always been a bit "funny" about things like this anyway

Should I take her?

Have a look on the common sense media website. That will tell you how adult it is.

It’s quite a prolonged scene of him going down on her on a table. You don’t see anything as she has a big skirt on but you see all her reactions and where his head is…

Yeh the oral sex scene is fairly graphic and I wouldn’t want to watch it with my parents!

It’s clear what he’s doing and that she’s enjoying it. But it’s only a very tiny bit of the film.

I’d be happy to take a 15 yr old daughter to it but I’m fairly relaxed about sex.

Basically there are few scenes where Harry goes down on his wife, she’s fully clothed and what you see is her writhing around happily on a table or against a wall while he has his head up her skirt.

No bad thing for a teen girl to know that sex shouldn’t just be the bloke humping away 🤷‍♀️

It’s a small part of the film which in general has a Stetford Wives vibe.

Thank you
She doesn't embarrass easily (it'll probably be me turning myself inside out). I think I will take her and just claim to not understand what's going on!

Why would you do that?
