Does anyone know about Apple Ipads? Especially for drawing?

So my daughter has said she wants an ipad for Xmas. It's been a long time coming. A few years ago I got her a folding laptop thing with pen but everytime she goes near an apple shop she has to go in and use their pads to draw.

She's really good at digital drawings and I know this will benefit her BUT it's a lot of money.

So I'm looking at the cheaper versions. I'm assuming it's because it's 32gb or 64gb storage they're cheap?

Will that be enough storage for drawing?
Can you add additional storage?

I have to get it from Studio.com as I will use the 4 months interest free thingy.

Can anyone help me chose which to get please?

Can you save on Apple icloud or Microsoft onedrive?

onedrive I think you get 5GB free, you get 1TB if you have a microsoft 365 subscriptions

icloud I think it is around 0.79p a month for 50GB

She has an icloud but I think it's full!

But if that's an option, getting more storage and sending photos there that would be great

My dd uses her ipad for drawing all of the time. She's an older teenager though. She did a free session at the apple store and learnt a lot there.

She uses procreate.

Apple sell products on interest-free credit deals. Totally interest-free for the length of the contract. I buy my iPhones this way, then just get cheap SIM deals.

You can buy a refurbished ipad from musicmagpie, any graded very good or pristine condition will be as good as new. I buy all our phones from there as I believe it’s more environmentally friendly to recycle, too. You don’t need an apple pencil either, can just use a cheaper one from amazon for around £30.

I can't get new credit unfortunately.

She's been making do with cheaper versions for years. Id like to get her a new ipad like she's asked for.
