Scottish Power energy insights function not working

Has anyone who's with Scottish Power been able to get the energy insights function to work in the app? It's supposed to give you a breakdown of how different appliances/electrical items etc are using power. Every time I go into it I get an error message telling me something has gone wrong and to try again.

We do have a smart meter.

I have the same issue with the energy insights feature of the Scottish Power mobile app ! - my phone is a OnePlus Nord. Maybe it is simply incompatible for some reason. What is your phone ? also please let me know if you find a fix for this issue - thanks

I'm experiencing the same issue with the Scottish power app. It tells me that they are working on the energy insight and to try later. The energy graphs are also incompleat, with continuous/partial days recorded and don't correspond with the smart meter info?
I have contacted SP, and was advised to view my usage via the SP login online.
