Ringworm?

Will see a pharmacist next week but does this look like ringworm? DD says it's quite itchy. Thanks.

Pharmacist here. Certainly looks like ringworm.

make sure the patient isn’t using family towels etc, they must have their own. It’s easy enough to treat. Your pharmacy will help,

To add my DD had it on her forehead and was sent home from school and not allowed back until we had started to treat it.

Buy some anti fungal ointment - for athletes footnor jock itch. Apply to the affected area and all around it.

It will do the trick.

DD needs to have her own towel which should be changed daily, and all her bedclothes amd clothes, pajamas, etc she has worn for the last few days need a hot wash.
