Not impressed with Drysoon - what am I doing wrong?

I recently bought a Drysoon heated airer (biggest size) and the cover. Maybe my expectations were too high but so far I'm not impressed. Feels like everything takes as long to dry as on a normal airer. I hung up a load 24 hours ago that's still quite damp. I had the heat on for 5 hours yesterday and two extra hours this morning. Do I just need to leave it on for longer?

How are you hanging items up? I put things over two bars instead of one item per bar and can dry a load overnight in about 8hr (10kg machine). It’s all about how you lay out the items IMO. I hang things like bras and tights over the corner posts of that makes sense and heavier items to the top, lighter items at the bottom.

Don’t put too much on it. I never found that the cover improved things much.

You need to have the heat on for longer, with the cover on. Then when the heat is off, the cover needs to come off.

Ok will go for longer with the heat on. I really want to love it!
