CBeebies Land October half term

Did anyone go last year? I am thinking of booking tickets. I know it's the Scarefest and Alton Towers can be extremely busy. Is CBeebies the same?

Does anyone know when half term is at Alton Towers? As I know not all areas are the same.

Local half term is week commencing 24th and a few of the schools around here also have an inset on the Friday before. Scarefest week gets very busy but if you're only doing CBeebies lane you might be ok.

I went for Scarefest last year and didn't find it too bad, I'm going back again this year, but on the 19th...was hoping it wasn't half term there so may be quieter.
