Jelly is foul. Make it out of whipped cream and meringue, like Taggie did for Valerie in 'Rivals'.

You could use a sandcastle seaside bucket as a mould, well scrubbed out of course. 🏰

Or even easier, make a castle out of swiss rolls and a slab of madeira cake.
