In post and Vinted.

I have used In post to send an item purchased on Vinted.
Buyer says in post is holding on to it for her as she is on holiday. However, the item was available for collection on 15/9, and she was not on holiday then as I was communicating with her.
Am I right to be a bit suspicious?
Any advice please?

Contact vinted. They're very good at giving advice. They'll get back to you within 48 hours. Click 'report issue' on the item.

Can’t find Report Issue on item, In post not answering.
Buyer has said that In post will hold on to item for her, but I doubt they will do this. I think you only get 48 hrs to pick up?
