i havent been contacted by sse who im with to tell me whats happening i had to look up theyre website where as a relative said her energy providor sent her a letter to explain it all i then spoke to a freind whose under the impression she isnt eligible for help as she works but from what i read on sse website everyones entitled to either vouchers or refunds so seems some people are being given wrong information or dont know whats happening as they havent been contacted by energy company theyre with i think thats unproffesional no wonder people are worried
