Electricity bills….or lack of !

For some unknown reason,I haven’t received an electricity bill for the last 18 months,with the rising prices I am panicking and wondering whether to ‘grass myself up’
I have a severely disabled son and know that I won’t be able to keep him warm this winter as I am a full time carer and would have to choose between eating or heating……
what should I do…. My morals tell me it’s wrong but honestly who wouldn’t want to be in this predicament?

Presumably you haven't put money aside to cover the bills each month?

Isn’t there some sort of limit on how far back they can charge you?

Ok; if you’ve not received any bill for 18 months then they can only demand payment for the last 12 months under ‘back billing’ protocols.
