My throat! Pics attached.

Ive had a blocked sinus which started to clear but im not sure if linked but my throat 1 side feels 'thick' this morning my mouth was a bit manky and i had to spit, sorry tmi but there was some tinged blood on tissue. I don't think i can see anything on throatbut it just feel weird sort of where back of nose meets throat It's been about 2 weeks now.

It’s very red, looks sore. Probably a symptom of a virus. Loads of sore throats and colds around at the moment.

IME, the blood-stained mucous is probably from your sinus. I'd question an infection.
I think the sore throat is a separate issue.
I can share a picture of my own mucous from a couple of months back when I had an infection, but it's gross! I cleared it by using a nasal rinse.

I did wonder if infection. I had bad pain behind cheek bone sudafed 2 days did nothing then got the spray which clears a bit.
