On my own with 2 children.
I have been paying £159 a month, they emailed to say its going up to £397 a month. I phoned and said there is no way I can afford that. I said I am using £110 approx each month (I know this will change in oct.) He agreed and said they like to keep accounts in credit!
I have asked to go onto pay as you go which I have been changed over to. They are still taking £359 for my payment in oct.
I think my electric is going up by 1p per whatever it is and gas 3p.....
Does anyone know how much more roughly they will be using each month?
