Is Ryanair still giving refunds or vouchers for passengers that feel ill and have tested positive for Covid before they fly?

I thought that was only for when covid policy was cancelling flights, not for people that tested positive. Surely that's what your travel insurance is for? If the flight is still going ahead I can't see why they'd refund you.

At one time they were giving individual customer refunds for people that tested positive and couldn't fly . I wondered if they are still doing it
