IBAN number - international payment need to work out sort code

Can anyone help me work out which is the sort code?

I am trying to send an international payment through my bank.

the company have given me their IBAN number but my bank Starling, want 6 digit sort code and acct number.

@frazzled101 Thank you so much for responding so quickly with info. Starling does not like/cannot verify company, based on me putting numbers into this sequence.

You might be best using paypal. This is what we did when my DD had to send payments to the US.

I send abroad via Starling using a currency transfer company to save money (usually to send to the USA but also Europe). I give the international bank details to the currency company and then just use their UK account number and sort code to send to. It usually saves on transfer fees doing this.
