Anyone ever bought tickets from the ticket factory? I think I have messed up..

Wanted two concert tickets, missed out on the pre sales, tried general sale today, ticektmaster was showing very high priced tickets so I went to live nation. When I went to buy tickets it took me to a site called the ticket factory.

I have never heard of them. I bought the tickets and have had a confrimation email but after looking at reviews of them on facebook, trust pilot etc pretty much everyone says they took their money and they didn't get the tickets as they couldn't be found on their system etc.

I know its my own fault and I take full responsibility for not checking the reviews first (I had one minute to decide once the tickets were in my basket)and now I feel sick with worry that I have been scammed. They offer no refunds for cancelling the tickets.

Has anyone bought from them and actually got the tickets?

I've used ticket factory a lot, I'm going to see Kevin bridges in a few weeks and the tickets have come through by email. I've never had a problem before 😊

I know this is an old thread but just wondering if these tickets were okay? I've bought some resale tickets for an event. I thought they would be transferred via ticketmaster but they have come via Ticket factory which I have never used. Hoping they are legit.
