Yet another lovely workplace ruined by one toxic person

I'm deliberately not going into any detail here, but this is not the first place I've worked at where most people were lovely but one toxic person had to ruin it all. I'm so upset. I wish we could get all the toxic people together to work among themselves and leave the nice people alone.

You should launch a clandestine campaign to oust them.

How do the others deal with the toxic person?

They only have to deal with her in small doses so it doesn't take up their whole day. But she's my line manager, so I'm not so lucky.

I am at the first job where this does not apply, very much the exception. Hope OP you can find another job or the toxic manager is moved/sacked.

This recently happened to my daughter. She and her other colleagues joined forces and told their boss that if this woman wasn't sacked, they were leaving. They got rid of her sharpish.

@Aquamarine1029 I wish that was possible here, but most people don't have to deal with her all day long so they wouldn't be motivated enough to go to such lengths. Several people agree she's annoying but I'm the only one who has to deal with her all day long.

Love mumsent there is always someone going through the same problem.
