Help! What do I put here? Child benefit form?

I'm confused! Do I put yes and our sons details or because I'm the one claiming do I put no and leave it blank?! My husband has one son who is our son and who the form is for

I'd put no as that looks like it's asking if he has made a claim for CB which he hasn't as you are doing the claim
