Birthday party ideas for 13yo boy

DS will be 13 in January and is trying to think of ideas for a small birthday party with his friends but not coming up with any ideas. He wants to have 3 friends so could be at home or somewhere else. He had a bowling party last year so doesn't want to do that again. Sports parties don't really work with 4 boys. It will be freezing cold and dark in January so trying to think of something interesting to do with a small group of 12/13yo well-behaved boys. Would appreciate any bright ideas!

PS one of the boys has a mild physical disability so that rules out things that are really adventurous or something like climbing walls etc. But this boy is also really into sport so something that isn't too strenuous or competitive would be OK.

Trampolining? If they are active. Sciences museum like Enginuity if they are into that. Cinema followed by pizza?

My DS wants to do an escape room, they need to have an adult with them at that age, but otherwise group is about 4 or 5. Then go to Wagamammas!

The adult thing might depend on the venue. My DS did an escape rooms for his 13th birthday and they didn't need an adult with them.

Crazy golf?

Do you have a gaming place nearby? VR gaming is very popular as a group venue for ds and his mates. Or something like inflateaspace ?

Take them to watch a football match?

Take them to the theatre/cinema?

Take them to a fun swimming pool with slides? Assuming that you can get them all in one car to get there and back

Trampoline park
Cinema & food
Swimming at somewhere with flumes/slides
Gaming
Climbing wall

I tried all these suggestions on my soon to be 13 year old and he said he just wants a takeaway, gaming and football in the garden with his mates. I’d list out suggestions and see what he fancies. I’m trying to work out the kfc order!
