Price cap/fund for oil users?

Earlier this month when announcing the ‘price cap’ for electricity the (inept) govt also said there would be a fund/help made available to those on oil…… I haven’t managed to find any further info on this - does anyone know anything about it?! I don’t want to contemplate turning on my heating before I know….

On boiler juice there is a banner that says it will be £100 but no news on how it will be administered yet.

There was something on the news here in Scotland about every oil user getting £100 of support but no further info on how to is might be distributed.

So essentially just about 100litres of oil🙈 - oh😔. Thanks for the info though.
