I've booked a hair appt for next week and they ask for a deposit. They send a sumup link for you pay. I've done it in the past with no problems. This time my money left my account a week ago but apparently hasn't arrived with them.
They're not demanding any further payment yet but saying give it a few days to see if it bounces back. What if it doesn't - who's liable? I don't want the faff of having to try and contact sumup or to have to lose the money. Would it be down to them to sort if I can show proof I sent it?
