Ebay buyer disputing perfume size, wants refund, size is on bottle !

A friendly ebay lady [ we exchanged some messages ] bought my partly used discontinued Aramis fragrance...listing clearly says its a 30ml bottle, 80% left....she has received it and claims the bottle is actually 15ml....but it states 30ml on box and bottle.....refund her and relist or fight the refund claim..??!!

Ask her to return it and tell her once the hidden mark you put on the bottle has been checked you'll be able to refund her in full.

eBay have buyer and seller protection. If your photos show the size then escalate to eBay

she sent me pics of my bottle next to her giant 50ml bottle and said mine is far too small to be a 30ml....all very odd....i use ebay a lot so will just refund her and relist etc or sell elsewhere.....
