I like sociology, R4 type programs, money issues, psychology. Open to anything interesting though!

On BBC sounds, Lives Less Ordinary and Life Changing are both interesting. 30-45 minutes interviews with various people with stories to tell. I've also enjoyed some episodes of Anything Goes with James English although you have to pick and choose. These are longer. Try the Joe Chapman episode as a starter. The Aston Hall episode was fascinating, and the female dominatrix (can't remember her name) was also compelling, although slightly disturbing!

Thank you, @Atypical13435 I've just listened to we need to talk about Carlo on Lives Less Ordinary. It's so interesting.

Does anyone listen to the Stephen Bartlett interviews on diary of a CEO? They are on YouTube and on Spotify. They are really really interesting.

I've just discovered 'Not just the Tudors' - I love it, so interesting, it looks at a different aspect of Tudor society (or that era in a different country) each time.

"Disaffected" is pretty fascinating. It's by a survivor of childhood abuse talking about Cluster B disorders and related behaviour in modern Western society. Quite a lot of gallows humour to it. It's on YouTube and various podcast sites. I listen on podbean.

The Rest is Politics with Alistair Campbell and Rory Stewart. It’s not all about politics (mostly though) but always a good listen.
