I’m feeling guilty!

I ordered 2 electric blankets, 3 have arrived. I’ve paid for 2. I spent half an hour trying to get through to customer services online chat, with no luck.

What would you do? To return it would involve a drive for me, plus my time. But I feel bad keeping it/giving it away!

Honestly? I couldn't be arsed with the hassle of doing much more to get it back to them either. I'd bung the extra one in a cupboard for a month or so and wait for them to sort it out and give it away after that.

Me too. If you've made a genuine effort to contact them and they've failed to engage, I'd say the ball is in their court.
