Has anyone started making their home cozy for the colder months? If so, how?

Now that the days are getting shorter and the temperature has started dropping, I'm enjoying lighting the fire and a few candles in the evening, while we watch TV or chat.

I'm thinking of also getting a few woolly/knitted scatter cushions out to make the place look warmer and cozier.

Has anyone else started doing similar things yet? During the day it's still sunny and warm so I'm feeling like it's a little early go to all out!

We've got blankets out in the lounge to snuggle up in on the sofa. Unfortunately we don't have a fire place 😭 and my DD(2) is far too fascinated by candles to have them on safely 😂
Gonna start doing weekly baking with DD soon though with autumnal goodies, banana & cinnamon bread, gingerbread cookies, apple pies etc.

@Mommabear20 you can always use those battery operated ones that give a flickering light...
