New tumble dryer - scraping sound?

Argh just bought a new tumble dryer and it sounds like there's scraping when we turn it on - re-reading instructions but can't work out what it may be ... anyone any insight? It's a stand alone one, Logik heat pump

Has it done that since the first time you put it on, or did it start within a wash or two?
The reason I ask is because mine started making a scraping noise a couple of weeks back, turned out an underwire managed to work its way into the mesh at the back! Carefully removed with tweezers and now it’s happy again.

We literally just turned it on after it arrived today and my DH set it up - tried tomwork out what it might be but can't find any instructions a kit removing a bracket or screw or anything ... but bought a new one for many years so wondering if we've forgotten something ?

Is it brand new? Have you taken out the transit bolts? These keep the drum place in place until its installed. Does it say in the instructions? Or a sticker somewhere on the machine?

Yes brand new ... where are the transit bolts? Can't see anything in the booklet ... but certainly recall this from washing machines ... DH is investigating! I think I heard the toolbox opening 🫣....

N
He's had a good look and can't find anything ... but not removed anything that looks like a bolt so assuming it's a bolt. Gonna ring John Lewis tomorrow and see what they say

Did you find out what it was in the end? We're having the same issue.

Thx
